Edmonds Underwater Park is a 27-acre diving park located in Edmonds, WA, USA at Bracketts Landing. While the park is a state/federal marine reserve it receives absolutely no funding from state or federal agencies. The park was started and continues to be maintained by Bruce Higgins and his cadre of volunteers.
